It's the type of pub that has a staircase you remember from your grandparents home in the 80's. Iconic pub just off Grafton St that doesn't change with time, a favourite for locals and tourists..I love it

The most popular local bar to my place, closes early (as in before 1am) but is a great place to start prior to moving into the city. Also good for just an easy going drink!

Sightseeing
Stunning village on the north of the city and easily reachable using the DART (about 20 minutes). You can catch a view of Ireland's Eye and take a walk up to Howth Summit for stunning views of Dublin and the Irish Sea.
Check out the local seafood restaurants or my favourite small cafe, Il Panorama for a cheeky coffee and best carrot cake in Dublin or an Aussie beer and Pizza in the evening!

One of the hidden treasure's of North Dublin, about a 1km walk from here, it's a thoroughly relaxing location and worth spending an hour or two...walk to the Red Stables on Saturdays for the Market, while it also hosts a cafe serving good coffee and delicious food
