The cottage is perfectly situated in the heart of Old Town, which is one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Port A.

It's on a large corner cul-de-sac lot so there is little traffic. It’s an enjoyable stroll through Old Town to get to the beach as well as the top restaurants and shopping on the island. The beach is about 4 blocks away.

Pool can be heated to 90 degrees during the day upon request. Water will NOT be like a hot tub, but comfortable for swimming year around.
