Located on the west side of Cochrane only 30 minutes from the grandeur of The Canadian Rockies. Yet, still only 35 minutes from downtown Calgary.
This new and modern townhouse is fully equipped with 3 bedrooms, 2 ½ bath. A fully stocked kitchen with all the comforts and conveniences of your own home. Tall ceilings with plenty of windows leave it feeling spacious and inviting. A great place for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets).

This three level townhouse boast 1400 square feet of living space. Walk out and attached garage plus driveway pad. Two bedrooms on the top floor and one in the basement room. Each of the top level bedrooms have attached bathrooms with shower tubs. One Bedroom has a folding door closet and the other a walk in. The half bath is by the kitchen above the garage. The living room has a sleeper sofa and a 46" flat screen SMART TV with DVD Player and surround sound speakers. There are kids DVDs and toys for smaller children there to occupy our younger visitors. The washer and dryer is located in the basement. A small deck is just off the living room with a small sitting area and a BBQ. We also have baby supplies available for your use including a baby play pen/bed, sleeping chair and baby bathtub as well as a high chair if needed. Let us know if you have any other requests for baby supplies. We may just be able to help. The building is very well sound insulated and I was never bothered by any noise from neighbors during the 3 years I lived there.

There is a small strip mall in the neighborhood with various services including food services and a gym. Cochrane has 3 major grocery stores plus Walmart. A multitude of restaurants of various kinds and a handful of great coffee shops. You will find almost anything you could possibly want in Cochrane within a few minutes drive from the townhouse. There is also a kids playground about a block from the townhouse development.

Born and raised on a small farm on the Norwegian west coast I transplanted to Canada in 1995 chasing the pilot dream. For an adventurous spirit it was impossible to not be completely fascinated by the incredible scenery and wilderness in western Canada. After traveling the world for many years chasing my pilot career life settled down and but after meeting Tatiana in Bolivia. We started a family calling Cochrane our base camp while working for a Calgary company operating private aircraft. In 2019 I was offered an opportunity to work for Coulson Group on Vancouver Island that we jumped on now enjoying island life. We still miss the Alberta Rockies and return from time to time to continue to enjoy the many trails and adventures that amazing area has to offer.

During a stay we may need to check on the property, conduct maintenance, drop supplies etc. needing to access the property. We try to conduct maintenance and other tasks while our guests are away, but if that isn't possible we will request a time with our guests.
