I've been living in Stowe, VT for the last 10 years. I have 2 boys, a 6 yr old and 9yr old and 2 very well behaved dogs. I am an AirBnB host myself -it's what I do as my full time job. I manage the properties, do the cleanings myself, and take care of all amenities for guests. I am a beyond respectful renter because I know what it's like to be on the other side.
