The space includes beautifully decorated bedroom with a queen-size bed and a day bed, cozy sitting area, a large bathroom, walk-in closet and kitchenette with microwave, refrigerator, electric kettle, coffee maker with complimentary tea, and coffee,.

Santa Monica home-sharing rules requires host to include following information:
1--- The business license number issued by the City of Santa Monica is 219430
2--- The host lives on site and will be present throughout the visitor’s stay.
3--- The permitted occupancy of this home-share is no more then two people

--- Home-sharing in Santa Monica is permitted if the home-share, has a separate exterior entrance and exit that does not require the use of shared facilities. This Master Suite has a separate entrance/exit from our condo entryway and does not require the use of shared facilities.
--- Host wears the mask during check-in and asks the guests to wear masks as well.
--- We use Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning protocol.

You'll be walking distance from just about everything including excellent restaurants, entertainment and shopping!
The neighborhood is very upscale and considered very safe.
The 3rd Street Promenade is 2 blocks north. The beach is 4 blocks west. Additional high-end shopping in several neighborhoods a short distance away. World class museums and art galleries are also close by.
For a fun family excursion, the Santa Monica Pier and Annenberg Beach House are about a 15 to 20 minute walk away.
Very easy access to essentials like grocery stores banks, & pharmacies.
There's a big farmers market off the 3rd Street Promenade every Wednesday and Saturday offering organic produce, flowers, and dry goods that you can buy directly from the farmers that grow them.

Guests have private use of the bedroom & bathroom in their Suite with a door that closes it off from the rest of the Condo.

On the day of arrival, Host will meet guests at the scheduled time and give them a Welcome tour. During the tour, guests will get a Key and a free street Parking Permit (if they have a car).

The host is happy to interact with the guests, sharing recommendations of places to visit and enjoy in our neighborhood and greater LA.
