The Location is the outstanding value!!! White Sands Resort Club, located just two and one-half blocks from the the beach, is situated in the heart of Old Naples. Only fourteen units, quiet, relaxing, Surrounded by multi-million dollar homes.

The studio has a murphy bed in the living room (with a real mattress), along with a full kitchen and bath. Small private dressing area between bathroom and living room. The unit is 430 Sq Feet, which is larger than most hotel rooms. The rate listed is for a studio unit. If you want a 1 bedroom 1 bath unit, please so indicate in your request. Often a 1/1 is available at the same price.

There is a per guest fee of $5 for each person, each night, over the first person. If two guests, the fee is $5 per night. I believe all taxes should be paid, and will comply with all laws. AirBnB collects from the renter the 6% Florida sales tax, plus the 1% Collier county discretionary sales tax. They now also collect the 5% Tourist tax (also called bed tax). Any legal short term rental in Collier county will be charged 12% tax.

Very safe area. I could not afford a home in this area. 5th Avenue always has something going on.

I am a longtime resident of South Florida. I live in Parkland, FL (near Ft. Lauderdale). I travel the hour and half to Naples often. I prefer Naples beach to my own coast.

I am a Certified Public Accountant, with 35 years of tax experience, and a partner in my firm. After long days in the office I need the beach to relax.

I moved from Tampa Florida in 1979 after graduation from the University of Florida. I am married for 39 years (to the same woman) who is the mother of our 4 children, and 5 grandchildren.

I am a follower of Christ (not perfect, just forgiven), and attend Calvary Chapel - Parkland.

There is an on-site manager (as well maintenance personnel) there during the day, but no manager over-night. The Manager has been in the area for years, and will know all the places to go.
