A very unique place for your vacation stay! Stay in a historic building yet in a contemporary and modern space. The best of both worlds! We have over twenty-two hundred reviews. Book with confidence! View the fireworks from the unit every night. The Samuel Kraemer building was the first high rise built in Orange County built in 1923. It remained the tallest building in the county for over 40 years. Today it's the only remaining historic high rise in Anaheim and even has it’s own wiki page! The Kraemer Building is listed in the National Register of Historic Places, the official list of the Nation's historic places worthy of preservation. The lobby has been restored to it's original condition including a hand crafted plaster ceiling. With a walk score of 87, everything you need after a day at Disneyland is a short walk away.

Sleeping arrangements:

All of our 2 bedroom units offer 2 queen size beds (1 in each room) and either a futon or pull out couch in the living room. These units will comfortably sleep 5-6 adults (depending on size of the person), max capacity is 7 “this is usually to accommodate a baby or toddler.” Pack and play are available on a first come first serve basis.
For groups of 5 adults or more, there is an air mattress available, by request only. The air mattress is on a first come first serve bases so guests wishing to accommodate parties of 6-7 people (children included) should reach out or plan accordingly. The air mattress is offered as a courtesy and we aren't responsible if it doesn't work, your group will also need to bring linens for the extra air mattress.

My luxury rentals are located in the Samuel Kraemer Building, built in 1925 as first high-rise building constructed in Orange County and now the only building in Anaheim legally designated to rent short term on AirBnB. The six-story Beaux-Arts-style commercial building, originally named the American Savings Bank of Anaheim, remained the tallest in the county for over four decades.

In 1983, the Kraemer Building was listed in the National Register of Historic places, preserving it as an important part of Anaheim's history. Today, the Kraemer Building is the sole surviving building of its era. The exterior of the building was restored to its original design and condition in the 1980s.

The interior of the Kraemer building has been renovated and converted into high-end apartments and vacation rentals, combining modern amenities with historic architectural elements. The lobby of the building, available for party rentals, still features its original granite flooring, grand wrought iron staircase, and soaring, hand-crafted ornamental plaster ceilings.

Rentals are all equipped with a living room sofa bed, a kitchen stocked with essentials, free wifi & tv, AC & heat, and include free, secure parking in the adjacent parking structure.
