The neighborhood consists of condominiums and houses with restaurants, groceries, shops, farmer's market, and sport rental establishments close by.
We are situated just north of the resort area of KAANAPALI BEACH away from the crowds. Ideally located just minutes from LAHAINA TOWN, WHALER'S VILLAGE, and KAPALUA. Close to West Maui's Kapalua Airport, making it convenient for inter-island flights.

We grew up and live in the San Francisco Bay Area. We have twin boys and now two grandsons and a granddaugter! We first honeymooned in Maui and later on, as a family, returned frequently. After working hard -- Wayne in the telecommunications industry and Mindy as a court reporter -- and putting our kids through college, we decided to invest in an area that we love. Our plan is to live part-time on Maui and part-time in the Bay Area.

Wayne loves to golf. Mindy actively dances with hula hoops. Together we enjoy spending time with our growing family and friends, traveling, eating, yoga, exercising at the gym, walking, and just staying active and present.
