Aloha! I am an fierce defender of the useless. We experience so much life when we do the things that do not seem vitally important. Whether it be sports, traveling, cooking, art, music, or any number of outlets for our boredom, the things we do simply for the joy of doing them give life so much more depth. I love that AirBnB provides a way for us to connect on such a human level with new people. We all have a natural desire to connect and belong, and there is no better sense of that than when you are welcomed into someone’s home. Through Airbnb I’ve had the chance to travel the world, snowboard in fresh powder in Colorado, move to Maui, and meet people who gave me fresh new perspective on life.
