The normal sleeping capacity is 3 but we allow up to a maximum of 4 guests per reservation. We charge an Additional Guest Fee of $15 per person per night for the 4th guest. Guests over 2 years old need to be listed on the reservation. Unlisted guests will be charged $25 per person per night. The Standard check-in time is at 3 PM Central. Early check-in requests are subject to availability. Check-ins before 11 AM Central will be charged with 50% of the nightly rate. Standard check-out time is at 11 AM Central. Late check-out requests are subject to availability. Check-outs after 3 PM Central will be charged with 50% of the nightly rate.

We send the check-in instructions at approximately 10 AM on the day of check-in. A door code will be included in the instruction but will be inoperable until the standard check-in time of 3 PM.
