Office Hours
Our office is open 6 days per week. Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm & Saturday 9.00am - 2.00pm. If you are arriving outside of our office hours, please advise us accordingly and we will issue you with our after hours key collection and safe code details.

Linen Reminder
Linen including bath towels & beach towels are provided in a bag at the property, beds will be required to be made up by you upon arrival.
If you wish to have the beds made up, please let us know at the time of your booking and we will endeavour to arrange. A cost of 45.00 per booking is applicable (which includes up to 3 beds). Additional beds are charged at 15.00 per bed (payable to us direct upon your request being confirmed).
*Would you please place the linen back in the bag on your departure (only the linen which was supplied in the bags on your arrival). Please do not include the mattress protectors, pillow protectors, bed covers or their matching pillow cases as these items belong to the property*

Key Collection
Keys for your property may be collected from our office located at Gold Coast Holiday Homes, DJ Stringer Property Services, 76 Griffith Street, Coolangatta, Queensland.

Key Return
Check out time is between 9.30am -10am. Keys must be returned to our office located at 76 Griffith Street, Coolangatta.
