It is a complete Port A stay experience - perfect for families and friends! 3 King Size Bedrooms, 1 with EnSuite Bath, Bunk Room with twins over fulls. Well stocked kitchen and spacious living room. Comfort and convenience for everyone. But it doesn't stop there-Totally Beachin is gorgeous from every angle! NO PETS! NO SMOKING! COPASTR

Welcome to Totally Beachin, Port A style!

Recently built in the coveted Fisherman's Cove area, you'll find plenty of parking for 4 vehicles plus a golf cart or two (inquire about renting the golf cart on site).

Pull in to ample parking and you'll be drawn to the back yard space immediately! From the swing bar to the fire pit, outdoor living spaces, dining area - you will know you picked the right place!

The pool is private and the hot tub is perfect for chilly days and/or evenings! And, you'll be able to catch some of the best sunsets on the island from the pool, patio areas down stairs!

Head up stairs and walk into an open concept floor plan where everyone has space to relax, stretch out and enjoy each other's company whether you are cooking in the kitchen, dining in the oversized dining space, or napping on the oversized living area!

The kitchen is well stocked for those who love to cook - everything you need to prep, cook, serve and dine is there for your use. Large dining space and bar stools make it easy to hang out and watch the cooks if you are not in the kitchen.

Head down the hallway to a full size washer and dryer for guest use, 3 bedrooms, and a guest/hall bath. King size master retreat with TV, closet and ensuite bathroom is the first bedroom. There is also a 2nd bedroom with king size bed, TV and closet. And, the kids fave...or adults..the bunk room! This one has 2 bunks, twins over full sizes.

Although the floor plan is perfect for a vacationing group, it's beautiful as well! The owners have thought of everything to bring a beautiful space, professionally decorated, together for you and your friends/family!

House Rules and Things to Note:

Minimum Age to Rent is 24.
NO SMOKING in the property. This is a non smoking property. $500 fee will be added if smoke odor is present in the home.
No Parties/Events.
Quiet Hours 10pm to 7am – Enforced.
Not responsible for accidents.
There is no child proofing; you must remain with your children at all times.
Must be able to walk stairs.
No more than 10 guests.
No late check outs after 10:15am or another night's stay will be charged.

Check in Time is approx time; housekeeping and maintenance make all attempts to be ready by 4pm but there is no guarantee.

No pets allowed. $500 pet cleaning fee will be charged.

STARTER set for guests to include trash bags, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo and shower gel. Guests SHOULD bring extra amounts of these items as the starter set is for 1 night.

Guests are responsible for their own beach chairs, beach towels and pool towels. Our linens and towels are NOT to be removed from the property for any reason. Guests will be charged linen fees for misuse of linens to include stains, tearing, etc.

Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can’t guarantee that you won’t hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.

Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time.

There are no refunds for outages of cable/WIFI or if pool is closed for cleaning, repair or maintenance.

If police are called to the property for any reason, a $500 fee will be assessed and guests will be required to vacate the property with no refund.

We offer our guests a guide for our fave restaurants, activities, bars, nightlife, golf cart rental discounts and many other recommendations.

Fisherman's Cove is a street of beautifully built stilt beach houses in the last few years and guests love to stay in this area because it has quick access to 361, Station/11th Street, the beach and to restaurants and bars, nightlife and shopping!

We are Jim Sokoloski and Chuma Jerome, your vacation rental hosts and founders of SWAY, a personal, vacation rental host marketing and management company for short term, vacation rental properties, currently located in Port Aransas, TX and have recently expanded into Corpus Christi on the North Padre Island side.

We are a family owned business that sprung from our love of real estate, and passion for hospitality, business AND the beach! In 2017, we purchased a few properties in Port Aransas and have been successful in marketing and managing them. Our friends and neighbors noticed that we were taking our properties to the next level, guests were enjoying a better experience and they quickly asked us to manage their own piece of paradise in Port Aransas and Corpus Christ. As a result, SWAY LLC TX was born!

Our name SWAY derived from our purposeful marketing and management plan that allows the owner and guest to relax - your stay will be amazing as a guest, and your property will be well marketed and managed as an owner. It is the SWAY way!
