You won’t want to leave this charming, one-of-a-kind place. We have a beautiful back yard with lots of space and room to sit and relax, we have a couch swing and a trampoline. The upstairs is off limits but downstairs we have a roku tv and living room you can use. we can provide a mini fridge as needed. 420 friendly outdoors only. Also small dogs welcome we have a chihuahua. Full Vaccination required.

You can use the living room off of the kitchen that also has a dining area in it. The kitchen also has a table that comfortably fits four or more, and the bathroom and laundry room are between bedroom 1 and the kitchen and the living room is between bedroom 2 and the kitchen. The backyard is available for relaxation and recreation. You may be sharing this with me and my guests and family but it is quite large and quite beautiful with spaces for you to enjoy privately.

Our House is next to a lovely little park on Cornwall street. There is a corner convenience store one block away in the corner of 10th Street and 3rd Avenue.

New Westminster sky train station is a 15-minute walk down the hill and and the closest shopping is also there or a 15-minute walk slightly uphill starting at the corner of 8th street and 6th Avenue.

Moody Park is very close between 10th st and 8th Street and 6th Avenue and 8th Avenue. This park has playing fields for sports, a basketball court, a children’s playground and an outdoor pool available during the summer months. In addition there is a dog-off-leash area, a youth centre and a seniors centre. There are also tennis courts in the park.

There are a few liquor stores nearby. One is close to the skytrain at the far side of Columbia Square shopping centre at the bottom of 11th Street. There is another close to the Westminster Mall, which is between 8th and 6th Streets on Sixth Avenue. The liquor store is called Jak’s and is just down 7th street half a block.

Many dollar stores and the Public library as well as Walmart, Save-on Foods, a food court in the mall and other stores are in this area.

The nearest cannabis dispensary is called Maple leaf and it is on 6th Street and Agnes, not far from the sky train.

A beautiful walk from my place is along the river. The New Westminster Quay is there with shops, food services, markets, the Fraser River Discovery Centre and the worlds tallest tin soldier. A walk from Cornwall Comfort to the Quay is about 30 minutes round-trip. There is also a beautiful park on the far side of the river with access from 4th Street.

Hi I’m Katrine Ireland and I’m running this Airbnb in my home. my son will be here co-hosting as well sometimes while you’re here. We have 3 listings: 1 of them is for both of the rooms we have available and then the other 2 are just individual listings for the same two rooms if someone wants to rent just one of them for a certain time, so either the two 1-bedrooms can be booked at the same time or the 2-bedroom can be booked while the other listings are blocked. we are 420 friendly and pet friendly so long as during the Covid-19 Pandemic we follow all the rules and guidelines provided by the government.
