Our warm and comfortable Oasis is ideal for 1 or 2 couples or a small family of 4. Discover Magog / Orford in all tranquility while being close to the activities.

1 - The Southière-sur-le-lac Domain offers a vacation atmosphere and privacy 365 days a year with its exclusive facilities to the residents and tenants of the domain.

Southière-sur-le-lac is without a doubt one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Magog! Walking through its streets will increase your sense of vacation and change of scenery. Moreover, the cottage is a member of the Association des propriétaires de Southière-sur-le-Lac (APS). "Members of the Association have privileged access to many services such as the Grande plage and Petite plage parks, the volleyball court, the children's playground, the petanque, boat and windsurfing areas, the skating rink, as well as the network of trails in the woods." The Park and the Grande Plage are only a 2 minute walk from your cottage!

2- OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES AT PROFUSION nearby!

Staying in the Magog-Orford region means getting a pass to a mountain of activities! "Magog is alive with a multitude of cultural, sporting and gastronomic activities and events in all seasons. The Parc de la Baie-de-Magog is a must-see with its trails, beaches and boarding dock. In addition to the famous Old Bell Tower, the downtown area is home to boutiques, art galleries and numerous terraces and restaurants.

For more tranquility, the trails of the Marais de la Rivière aux Cerises allow the discovery of a preserved nature and two vineyards, the Cep d'Argent and the Vignoble Chemin de la Rivière, tickle the taste buds.

Among the events, the Magog-Orford Grape Harvest Festival and the TriMemphré attract crowds.

In winter, the region offers sliding sports at the Mont-Orford National Park, the Mont-Orford ski resort or the ice trail on the lake shore. " *

If you own a small boat, you can park your trailer near the cottage. However, it is important to advise us at the time of reservation to ensure that space is available.
