We offer a fully furnished apartment located a few steps to El Rodadero beach and with an excellent ocean view from the balcony, communal pool, two bedrooms with air conditioner, two bathrooms, hot water, tv, wifi, kitchen, dining/living room and one parking spot. Located in a very safe touristic area, close to different restaurants, stores, and with easy and quick access to tours towards close beaches, the aquarium, and Tayrona Park. Enjoy your vacation time with your family and friends!

NOTAS SOBRE ARREGLOS DE ASCENSOR Y PISCINA:

1. ARREGLOS ASCENSOR:

Primera fase del 14 de febrero a 18 de febrero 2022 (de lunes a viernes). En esta fase el ascensor funcionara en los siguientes horarios:

De 12:00 M. a 01:00 PM.
De 06:00 PM a 07:45 AM.

Los fines de semana (sábados y festivos) el ascensor funcionará normalmente.

El edificio prestará el servicio de maletero a disposición en los horarios en los que el ascensor este fuera de servicio, para subir y bajar maletas, mercados, equipajes etc. y atender así las reservas ya causadas.

2. ARREGLOS PISCINA:

Quedará suspendido el servicio de piscina debido a los arreglos generales del 14 de febrero al 14 de marzo 2022.

Foreign guests must bring a copy of their passports, which will be required by the building staff for your check-in process.

The apartments are located very close to the beach. They have a great view of the beach and the sea and are very close to restaurants, supermarkets, shops, and tourist attractions. They are very comfortable spaces and equipped with everything you need to spend a few good days of rest, without worries, and with everything at hand.
