Enter your luxury villa via a wooden decked veranda, surrounded by the lush green rainforest with bird song and a bubbling creek. The hammock, BBQ, table and chairs on the veranda are yours to enjoy throughout your stay.

Stepping inside you will delight in the little details like fresh roses, handmade chocolates, incredible organic bath products, the double spa bath, log fireplace, kitchenette, and flat screen TV. The complimentary port is on the bench, so just relax, unwind, and luxuriate in your amazing escape.

Narrows Escape is made up of six delightfully crafted villas, secluded in the pristine rainforest of the Sunshine Coast hinterland and owned and operated by us, Ali and Xochi. We are here to make your stay exceptional, whether it's catering to special dietary requirements or writing a handwritten note to surprise your loved one on arrival. We are proudly advanced eco-certified and love to source and showcase the best local products because we believe the Sunshine Coast region is incredibly special. Recently we switched to Australian biodegradable coffee pods, reduced our use of single serve plastics, created a compost and worm farm for food scraps and we are getting solar soon! We believe that luxurious travel can still have a small footprint.

It would be hard to find a town on the Sunshine Coast that is more charming than Montville. Perched on the Blackall Range, this quaint village is home to art galleries, cosy coffee shops and boutique stores where you'll find everything from handmade beanies to one-off sculptures made by local artists.

First settled in 1887, Montville is located close to the Kondalilla National Park - a great place to go bushwalking, have a picnic or cool down in a waterfall. Hikers can access the Sunshine Coast Hinterland Great Walk from our property - a trail that stretches 58 kilometres and offers panoramic views of the coast and hinterland.
