Inside this tri-level home, guests will find two bedrooms (plus a loft) and two full bathrooms to suit their entire party. The living room features a wood-burning fireplace and a flat-screen Roku TV connected to a DVD player, perfect for snowy nights. Sit down together at the dining room table and enjoy a family-style meal, and later one of the many provided board games. The master bedroom features a smart TV with access to Amazon and Netflix, plus a bonus private deck. Of course, guests will have access to the community's shared pool, tennis court, and basketball court.

What's nearby:
Drive one-and-a-half miles south to reach the grocery stores, eateries, and other businesses of town, and just a little farther than that is the gorgeous, sparkling Lake Tahoe! If guests feel like a long walk, it's just under two miles from this home to the Kings Beach State Park (where a stroll on the beach or a quick dip in the lake is always an option). During the winter, Guests can go skiing or snowboarding at Northstar, which is just a quick seven mile drive away. In the warmer months, guests may prefer to go boating or fishing in Lake Tahoe, hiking or biking around nearby trails, or golfing at the nearby Brockway Golf Course just over one miles away. In Kings Beach, guests will have fabulous restaurants and plenty of entertainment options.
