This is a moderate size clean cozy private room located in a residential house in the Joffree neighborhood. Location is what it is. Nothing that I can do. So, please check G00gle map for travel time to your destinations before booking. It is within 15-20 minutes ride of any major attraction, mall, restaurants, etc. You enter the room via entrance on the side of the house. Share clean bathroom with other guests. Guests are NOT allowed to enter the rest of the house. Self-entry using keypad.

What this IS: Affordable, Quiet, Moderate size Private Room with clean shared bath. No-fuss. No tricks. What you see in the listing photos is what you get.

Please insert my neighborhood 'Joffre 38111' into G00gle so you can see my location and see the distance to your destinations. My location is what it is. There is nothing I can do about it. If you think is too 'far' from where you want to visit, do NOT book.

If you smoke ANYTHING, do it OUTSIDE.

Shared bath has Shampoo and Body Wash are all for guests use. Please keep it tidy. The SHARED bathroom is cleaned once a day in the morning either by me or a housekeeper that I hire. If the SHARED bathroom appears USED, that is because other guests have used it before you arrived. If you don't like SHARED bathroom, please do NOT reserve.

Please be mindful of volume between the hours of 11 pm-7 am CST. There is always a potential of 'noise' or 'hear' other guests because I run other rooms. If you don't want to 'hear' the noise (e.g., footsteps, alarm, talking, etc) of other guests, please spend $$$$ and book an ENTIRE place. If you aren't going to spend $$$$ and rather spend $, then please do NOT complain about 'noise' from other guests. If this describes you, please do NOT reserve.

Please open and close the entrances doors softly and lock doors if you are leaving the property.

Simple & Clean! The central A/C is always on in the house set to around 22-23c the entire day during the summer. AC never turns off. Heat is around 20c-22c during the winter. The heat never turns off during the winter!. Let me know if you want it cooler or hotter. There is also a standing fan in the room and a heater for winter needs. Please inform me if you need the room cooler or hotter.

The sheets, pillow, and duvet covers may be different from the picture because I change them every time. The entire room is cleaned with alcohol wipes, vacuumed after every stay.

Coffee machine, microwave, kettle, wine glass, fork, knives, napkins, tissues, and fridge are all placed in the room for guests to use.

Craziest drive ever (in my Mini Cooper): Unplanned trip to Yellowstone from SF, drove from 330pm with no sleep through the night and arrived at West Gate of Yellowstone at 12pm the next day.
Longest train ride: VIA rail Vancouver to Toronto
Swam with green sea turtle in Maui.
