Beautifully renovated second-floor ocean view studio in desirable E building in Papakea Resort - a beautiful 13-acre, oceanfront resort. This spacious non-smoking studio has just about everything you will need for your Maui vacation!

Affordable, comfortable, and beautifully decorated with amazing views of the ocean, oceanfront swimming pool, and green tropical grounds! Fall asleep to the rhythmic sounds of the waves, and wake up each morning and relax on the spacious lanai (balcony) while watching whales play offshore during November through April.

This studio has good natural light and refreshing tropical breezes. The lanai stays shaded since it is north facing so it does not get the direct heat of the sun. If you need extra cooling on warmer days there is a ceiling fan and window AC that cools the living room, sleeping area and kitchen comfortably.

This home is nicely decorated with new island furnishings reminiscent of old Hawaii and includes a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer inside condo for your private use, a comfortable pillow-top King size bed and new tile flooring throughout. Free 5G (60 Mp/s) Wi-Fi, cable TV on a 40" flat screen, and telephone for local calls. Beach gear is provided for your use consisting of chairs, umbrella, ice chest, and beach towels.

The bathroom has a small tub/shower combination with a detachable showerhead.

Papakea Resort is located on the north side of Ka'anapali Beach with expansive, well-manicured grounds of lush gardens and koi ponds. Resort amenities include 2 oceanfront, heated swimming pools, each with large Jacuzzi tub, poolside cabana, and BBQ areas, 2 twelve hole putting greens, 3 tennis courts, and concierge desk for activities. Free on-site activities include a weekly Mai Tai party, various fitness classes (swimmercize, yoga, & Tai Chi), and shuffleboard courts. Enjoy a complimentary continental breakfast and island orientation on your first morning with door prizes!

Papakea Resort is situated within walking distance of beaches, restaurants, a grocery store, convenience store, Farmer's market, shops, boardwalk, and the famous Black Rock on Ka'anapali Beach. Centrally located on the west side of Maui, with short drives to Whaler's Village Shopping Center, historic downtown Lahaina, popular snorkel spots: Napili, Kapalua and Honolua Bay, as well as world-renowned golf courses including Kapalua Golf Course on the Plantation Golf Course. Enjoy the old Hawaiian style low rise resort without the maddening crowds. Plenty of shaded parking under the trees from the heat of the sun. Tiki lights are lit through-out the property every night to give more of the Hawaiian ambiance

Note: Papakea charges a resort fee of $17 per day (for a max of 10 days in any 30 day period) which is collected by the front desk upon arrival. This covers your amenities including Wi-Fi, parking, Cable TV, and local calls.

The front desk is open from 6am to 11pm. If you arrive after hours the security guard is there 24/7 to assist you with your check-in. Plenty of shaded parking under the trees from the heat of the sun.

Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellation must be received in writing/e-mail. There is a $200 non-refundable cancelation fee should you cancel outside of 60 days prior to your arrival. If cancellation occurs within 60 days of arrival, we will refund the rent paid if we are able to re-rent the condo. We can only refund for the days we are able to re-rent, less the $200 USD cancelation fee. However, we do try very hard to re-rent it and have sometimes been successful in the past depending on how much lead-time we have.

Every Maui Vision property listed is a non-smoking home; this includes the lanai (balcony) and hallways.

* There is a $200 fine for smoking. There is a designated smoking area outdoors & away from the building.

* Guest will be charged for extra cleaning or damage to the unit beyond normal wear and tear. NO SMOKING ALLOWED inside the unit or outside on the lanai or hallways. Any costs to remove the smell or damage of the smoke will either be covered by the guest in violation of this policy.
