A: It’s instant booking. Please go ahead with booking as my calendar is always up-to-date to secure your stay. Just let us know how many people still stay.

Q: What time can I check in/check out?
A: Check in anytime after 14:00
Check out anytime before 11:00
But it’s flexible on your schedule.
Early check-in or Late check-out can be arranged depend on availability. Just let us know your expected time when you book.

Q: How do I get the keys?
A: No worry! We will send you confirmation details how to get our place by clear instructions and contact No. My butler will welcome you in person at the villa.

Q: Can I leave my luggage before/after check in/out time?
A: Absolutely yes !

Q: Can I use swimming pool/gym and how much does it cost?
A: Yes sure. Luckily, you just pay 2$/person/day directly to pool staff as maintenance fee (while others are much more up to 10$). so no profit for my family or compound.

Q: Do I share the villa with any guest or host?
A: No. It’s completely entire home villa for your privacy.

Q: Is there any cleaning service during my stay? Can I ask for more towels if need.
A: If you wish, just text us! Of course, My butler will give you some more.

Q: Is there any local markets, restaurants,shops near by?
A: Yes sure. there are at least 2 local markets for fresh food or fisherman village nearby. Cay Bang restaurant is highly recommended for local food with reasonable price.

Q: How far from the bus station to the villa?
A: Very convenient. All tourists are pass by our villa. You just tell driver to stop at Mui Ne Domaine Villa (also called Minh Thanh villa). They know exactly where it is.

Q: How far from the villa to tourist area?
A: Our villa is in the middle of locals and tourists. Very convenient for Sand Dunes/Spring you need to take cab and easy to order. Nightlife Mui Ne. u take short cabs to enjoy live music or drinks.

Q: Can you provide me tourist information or give me some recommendations where to go,what to do?
A: Yes sure,I love to. I can give you all information you need.

Q: Can I rent the car/bike at your place?
A: Yes sure. we will help you to arrange bike/car for you from my family with good rate.

Q: Do you also know anyone who can do visa on arrival?
A: Yes my friend works as travel agency. She can arrange for you.

Q: How about tour arrangement?
A: Yes sure. we can arrange for you with experience from our previous guests or ourselves experience. Super easy!!!

Q: I love your villa. Can I extend some nights more?
A: Yes please go ahead with instant booking by sending me alteration request or Message me as soon as you can I will check calendar and confirm u.

Q: Can I pay by cash for extension?
A: Paying via Airbnb is always secured for both sides unless you can only pay by cash.

Q: Can I bring outside guests?
A: Sure you can. Just edit the number of guests when you book and be responsible for them if any.

Q: How much for children?
A: Under 2 years old are free with your own sleeping arrangement.

Q: Do you have extra floor mattress?
A: Yes sure. Depend on mattress availability. Book with us in advance. It’s just 10$/night for extra cost for bed linens use.

Q: Can I smoke in the villa?
A: For everyone feels fresh. Sorry NOT inside. but you can smoke outside of the villa and enjoy fresh wind from the sea.

Q: Where can I park my car/bike and how much is it?
A: Yeah. Super easy and free. You can just park your car/bike at the garage in the villa.

Q: Do you have other homes in Ho Chi Minh or other cities?
A: Yes. Mui Ne: 3 villas.

Q: What is airbnb currency exchange?
A: Good question. However sorry I don’t know as your currency at your country while airbnb counts as USD/VND in my side. Normally total fee is calculated as follows
1. Accommodation fee + additional guest fee if any
2. Cleaning fee
3. Airbnb service fee (6-12%)
4. Deposit if any damage
=> The total amount by the sum of 4 items will be charged.

Note for newbie on Airbnb:
What you paid for Airbnb is not the number that I will get as Airbnb needs to charge both side for their great service. so I don’t hope you ask why you pay more than the villa rental fee. ^*^

Villa is located in the Sealink Resort, near the foreign quarter on Nguyen Dinh Chieu street with many seafood restaurants along the coast to swim, they go to the beach about 200m. There are many shops selling Vietnamese souvenirs for foreigners to understand Vietnamese culture and people
