The studio is newly remodeled with its' own kitchen, bathroom/shower, washer/dryer, and closet. It is compact yet comfortable, a good place to stay for the person who does not mind pulling out a sofa bed at the end of the day.

Located in a safe older residential area, it is easy to take a walk around the neighborhood or enjoy a cup of coffee on the porch. If so inclined, the Five Points entertainment district is a 5 minute drive away and features a relaxing mix of locally-owned outdoor patios, bars, and eateries. Even closer, is the city's iconic Mexican food restaurant L&J's Café. Fast food chains are down the street, as is a fully stocked Albertson's Grocery store.

I live in the home I grew up in. The apartment that is posted on Air B & B is located in the rear of the house and was originally a one car garage. My earliest memories are that of my grandmother living there after it had already been converted into a one room apartment. I remember running back and forth across the back yard to visit with her. Over the years, the apartment became a storage space and has now again been remodeled and updated as a one room guesthouse!
