The Location - Strategically located opposite the crystal clear waters of Shoal Bay Beach, you can park the car and forget it. You will be within walking distance of restaurants, cafes, game fishing club, country club hotel, shops & supermarket. Shoal Bay provides many attractions including swimming at a choice of beaches, bike and walking trails, public wharf, a boat ramp to launch the jet-ski as well as barbecue and picnic facilities along the foreshore. Other local attractions including an array of water sports, golf, sand boarding, camel rides, Murrays Brewery to name a few, are all close by so whatever type of holiday you are looking for Aura provides the ideal base for your stay. The main street of Shoal Bay offers bike hire, convenient stores and multiple cafes and restaurants.

The Apartment - This two bedroom beachfront property is located directly opposite the pristine waters of Shoal Bay. With a private roof top entertaining area and water views there is a private spa, built-in stainless steel BBQ and outdoor entertaining area where you can relax, dine and enjoy the Port Stephens lifestyle. Views of Tomaree Mountain/National Park and waters of Shoal Bay can also be viewed from the roof top and balcony. This newly updated open plan property has a fully equipped kitchen with all modern stainless steel appliances. The lounge (air conditioned) and dining area adjoins a great outdoor entertaining space.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed with walk in robe, ceiling fan, air conditioning and ensuite. The second bedroom has a set of bunks, queen size bed and built in robe. The main bathroom has a walk in shower and separate bath. Both bedrooms open out onto the balcony.

This property has an internal laundry with a washer and dryer and secure underground car spaces for two cars are available with a private lift to your apartment (pleae note that there are stairs to the rooftop terrace only)..
