This recently renovated oceanfront condo offers delightful ocean views from the third floor. Red oak hardwood flooring runs from the entry, down the hallway, and into the kitchen, living room and dining area. White kitchen cabinets, shiny granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a tile backsplash give the kitchen a polished look. The living area is fresh and beachy with cozy furniture, coastal decor and plenty of natural light.

You'll rest easy in the Primary Bedroom complete with comfortable King bed, flat-screen TV for entertainment, and access to an attached full bathroom. The jewel of this home is the covered deck off the main living area which gives guests a direct view of the community pool and the sparkling ocean. Every morning, you'll be greeted with this fantastic view along with all the gorgeous colors that fill the sky during an ocean sunrise. What better spot to sip your coffee!?

The Colony By the Sea community offers great amenities including a community pool, onsite laundry facilities, tennis and basketball courts, and a BBQ area with picnic tables so you can cook out and enjoy your fresh catch of the day! Local Attractions are on no shortage on the Outer Banks and they are so close by! Climb the largest sand dunes on the east coast and fly your kite at Jockey’s Ridge State Park. Visit the site of the first powered flights by Orville and Wilbur Wright at the Wright Brothers National Memorial. Take a deep sea fishing charter boat from Oregon Inlet. Climb the Bodie Island Lighthouse or take a scenic drive through the Cape Hatteras National Seashore. Stroll to the end of the 1,000 foot long Jennette’s Pier and cast out a line. Check out a wide variety of waterfowl in the birder`s paradise, the Pea Island National Wildlife Refuge. Ride the ferry to Ocracoke Island to the south or head north to Corolla to see the wild horses of the northern beaches! Manteo is home to the North Carolina Aquarium on Roanoke Island, the Lost Colony outdoor play (the story of the first English settlers who mysteriously disappeared and the first English child born in the New World), the Elizabethan Gardens, Fort Raleigh National Historic Site, Roanoke Island Festival Park with the Elizabeth II Ship, and a charming waterfront downtown with unique shops, restaurants, the Lost Colony Brewery and the Kill Devil Rum distillery. Kitty Hawk Kites hosts an array of outdoor recreational activities including hang gliding, kite boarding, stand up paddleboarding, kayak tours and more. There is no shortage of locally owned shops, restaurants and coffee shops scattered around the island and the Tanger Outlets, a movie theater, laser tag and a trampoline park round out some of the indoor activities perfect for a rainy day.
