1- No pets of any kind allowed.
2- The HVAC system has a MERV13 air filter and a UV Light to kill any germs and viruses in the air ducts.
3- We have a shoes off policy in the house.
4- The rooms are vented and disinfected between each rental.

The Firm Twin Platform Bed has direct access to the driveway entrance so you can come and go without notice. There is a writing desk in the room.

The bathroom is on the 2nd floor to the right of the kitchen and is shared by 1-2 other guests. The shower is turned on by pulling down the round section where water is coming out of the faucet.

Hi, I’m Eunnie. I was the Assistant Principal Violist with the Knoxville Symphony Orchestra until I retired in the summer of 2022. I’m usually on the run to play various music gigs, so Scott stays home to welcome our Airbnb guests.

Hi I’m Scott. I’m currently happily retired!
In my past life I was a College Professor of Speech and Theater (MFA -Production Design) for 18 years and then an Equipment Rental Manager for the last 24 years.
Phew, it’s time for a break!

However, after two years of blissful retirement, my beautiful Korean wife, Eunnie, thought it was time for me to do something with my life and get back to work! (Sound familiar kids…?) That’s how we (she) decided to host an Airbnb.

We’ve always enjoyed using Airbnb in our travels so it seemed natural for us to become Airbnb Hosts. It's a great way to meet interesting people and help us pay for our future Airbnb vacations around the world.
