An inspiring Co-Living space suitable for conscious travellers with an open minded view, young hearts and a broaden perspective. Collaborative space, good atmosphere, spacious, calming, ecofriendly. Gather fresh bananas from the trees in the garden & make yourself comfortable in the all-equipped outside kitchen. Breathe in the tropical air and enjoy a cup of Ayurvedic herbal tea or read a book on the wooden verandah.

~ Gracefully end your day by taking a solar heated shower while treating your skin with a locally made Ayurvedic soap, ready to take a well deserved rest in the spacious king size bed provided with the softest locally made bed sheets.

~ Get inspired, surf amazing waves, touch a spark of the slow life all while giving back to the local community.

~ The Seed offers a beautiful combination of giving back while enjoying a beautiful stay.

This is why we created a co-living space where you can decide for yourself to enjoy a quiet evening in the comfortable spacious room, read a book on your private verandah or interact and cook together with your neighbors in the shared open kitchen.

~ Creating a sustainable lifestyle is what we stand for - and so we make use of decomposable bags, use only refillable bottles, make use of a compost system and live by the three most important R`s in life. Reuse. Reduce. Recycle.

~ We have created a space where you can enjoy while giving back.

~ We are happy to provide you with information about any activities or sights around Sri Lanka. From going out for dinner to finding the best sunset spot, the perfect surf, local markets or near by temples. As well as taxi transfers and scooter rentals.
