Located on a 20 acre ranch with views of Mt. Shasta and Lassen. The house is 2400 sq feet with three bedrooms and a den that has two couches. The home has a large kitchen with a island that comes in very handy for meal preparation. There is a large laundry room with a new washer and dryer. The master bath has a shower or large bath tub. The decor throughout the house is western. There is a large patio area with a fire pit and lots of seating under the wrap around porch. Cornhole games a blast!

Please feel free to walk the entire ranch. The horses and cattle are in pastures and gates need to be kept closed to avoid animals getting out. The area is perfect for biking and we have access to many trails.

The neighborhood is very quiet and the ranches are all on 10 and 20 acre parcel’s. There are lots of cattle and horses in the vicinity as well.

My fiancé and I own a restaurant and a two mobile food trailers that supply a variety of venues in the north state as well as a stagecoach and Carriage service. We own a ranch with horses, cows, cattle dogs, and chickens. We are very neat clean and quite. We love meeting new people and making new friends.
