Welcome! My 2nd floor condo is in the perfect central Truckee location to explore lakes Tahoe & Donner, Ski Resorts, hiking/mountain biking trails, & golf courses. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms the unit comfortably sleeps 6 adults.

This is a great home base for families or a group of friends that want a quiet place to return to after exploring North Lake Tahoe.

Kitchen, dinning, and living room share one great room. The kitchen has slate floors, granite counter tops, stainless steal appliances, and all of the necessary tools and gadgets. The Living/dining room has a comfortable sofa, gas fireplace, flat screen (dvd player & netflix, amazon prime- no cable), and access to the private outdoor deck w/ a propane grill.

The bedding arrangement is perfect for groups of 6-8 friends or families with children. The master bedroom has a queen bed w/ it's own private bath. The 2nd guest room has a queen bed and the 3rd room has a full, twin daybed, and twin trundle. Guest bath has a shower & tub (perfect for young children).

For ski season there is a ski locker just before entering the unit

It's right off 80 and close to everything! Once you come down from the pass just take a right on 89 and you're there.

Amazing restaurants and bars are located nearby in downtown Truckee or within a 4 min walk from the home. Grocery store 4min walk as well.

For winter quick access to the major ski resorts Squaw Valley/Alpine 10-15min respectively, 20 to Northstar, Sugar Bowl and Nordic skiing at Royal Gorge just back up the pass.

Summer: A short drive to the Truckee River, Donner & Lake Tahoe. Golf Courses everywhere. Mountain biking and hiking trails out the back door.

I think I'm a very adventurous person. Anything that has to do with being outside and active I love: for summers that's hiking, camp/backpacking, riding my road or mnt bike, paddle board/kayaking... Winters, well skiing of course.

I also like exploring cities - museums, restaurants, drinking the local beer/wine/spirits, and sometimes just wandering around neighborhoods. I don't travel just to watch the local tv.

Lastly, I also host my home through airbnb. I love my home almost as much as I love Tahoe and hopefully that comes across for those who stay. I'm a very easy going host. All that I ask of those who stay is that they respect the rules and treat my home with as much care as I do.
