LOCATION, LOCATION & LOCATION! This Lovely 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom Apt. has just enough charm to feel at home. And is in the center of everything to do. Great location for everything Avondale! This apt is decorated with great tastes and located near everything in the historic community of Riverside: an old theatre, lots of parks, riverwalks, boutique shopping, wine bars, one of a kind restaurants and close to I-95, I-10 and 295! You will love this place at the end of a cobblestone street!

This well-furnished studio, like suite with a modern design is PERFECT FOR TWO! It makes you feel you are close to the heartbeat of wonderful Jacksonville. Flourishing Jax with its great atmosphere is on the other side of the door with its beautiful historic neighborhood Avondale-Riverside. Lovely details, photos and decorations help you relax and will make your stay so worthwhile. A spacious front porch invites you to enjoy the sunset and let your should wander.
In this suite you find a full-size refrigerator, small stove with 4 burners and an electric oven. It is fully equipped with cups, plates, silverware, coffee machine, pots and pans. The bathroom has a full shower, toilet and vanity (iron and ironing board in the closet). Plus, emergency supplies. The bedroom has a double size bed with very cozy bedding, a/c and ceiling fan. The living room is complete with a comfy couch and a flat screen SmartTV with basic cable (about 20 channels including NBC and CBS) and high-speed internet/Wifi. Bring your Netflix or Hulu log in, and enjoy your stay!
This place is the perfect place to unwind and regroup after a wonderful day in Jax!

Avondale-Riverside is a fantastic area of Jacksonville. It's known as Jacksonville's most historic area yet has the hippest and young population. Avondale Riverside has the most unique culture, art, and mix of old and new. While there are local antique shops to get lost in, there are also local breweries and coffee shops that have popped up everywhere in the past couple of years!
The King Street district invites you with cool bars and restaurants with tasty food. Grab breakfast and lunch at Southern Roots Filling Station and the Cool Moose Cafe
-Our personal favorite though? The Five Points Area. You can find many bars, cute hair salons, fine dining (many different cuisines), the locally owned movie theatre, and an easy walk to Memorial Park! This area of town has direct access to the St. Johns River, which allows beautiful scenic routes to walk along the river. Really, one can do some much without a car!!

Together we love outdoor activities, traveling to new places, tasting local and international brews and of course meeting new people from all over the world! We are both in the midst of studying in Jacksonville (International Business Bachelors with Marketing and an MBA Masters focused on Marketing). We always are up for a great evening with new and old friends (after classes), love board games and sitting around watching a movie.
