Enjoy the comforts of home in our bright, basement guest suite in Parkdale. It has been newly renovated, with high ceilings and hardwood floors throughout.

Guest bedroom has one queen-sized bed and breakfast bar/eating area. Coffee and tea provided. Private side entrance and beautiful designer bathroom for exclusive guest use.

Just steps from the bars and restaurants of Queen St. W. with easy access to transit. Quick 10-minute walk to Roncesvalles Village and its shops, cafes and restaurants.

Completed in 2018, this basement suite has been fully renovated and upgraded.

The bedroom is light and bright, with quality linens and a comfortable mattress for a good night's sleep. Feel free to make yourself a complimentary cup of tea or coffee, and you can store your drinks and snacks in the mini-fridge. There is also instant oatmeal, free of charge, should you need a quick and easy breakfast, before you wander to one of our area's many cafés for an excellent brunch. There is a small table and chairs in the room to eat a take-out meal if you feel like staying home.

While you stay, only you will have access to the bathroom, which is beautifully decorated with a glass shower enclosure, rain-head shower, and a heated floor for those chilly mornings.

It is mostly very quiet on our street, so you should have no problems sleeping, even with the windows open. You can also be secure in the knowledge that you are staying in a family home, and help is just a quick text away, should you need it, as we are right upstairs.

Please also bear in mind that as a family household with two active children, you will hear the sound of footsteps from upstairs at times, but we strive for quiet between the hours of 9:00 pm and 8:00 am.

Parkdale is a diverse, multi-cultural, urban neighbourhood. It's a mixed demographic area, with million-dollar homes and cheap eateries. The main strip of Queen Street offers restaurants, cafés, bars and trendy shops. It is very lively and colourful.

If you want to explore a bit further afield, you can walk over to Roncesvalles Village, which is a 10-minute walk away. This is the old Polish area of Toronto, although few of the original Polish businesses remain. Roncy, as it is called, is also a very busy, vibrant area, with many wonderful shops to explore, and fabulous restaurants to eat in.
