Cerro de Oro town has a couple of little local stores where you can find basic products such as: beans, eggs, soda, soft drinks, beer, bread and others. It has a local little market where you can find basic fresh vegetables and fruits.

SEMANA SANTA or HOLLY WEEK: You may rent the house for the whole week!

We can provide you with information on things to do in Atitlan, transportation, places to visit, where to eat and more. Just ask, we are happy to help!

House Keeper: We have a house keeper who’s name is Edio. He is respectful, hardworking and courteous. He is bilingual in Spanish and Kakchiquel, he does NOT speak English. He is available from 8 am to 6 pm, having a lunch break.
*Tips are suggested if you think he made an effort for your stay to be pleasant.

Cleaning and Cooking: We have a girl that helps with the cleaning and cooking. Her name is Karina and available for you to hire if desired. She is respectful, hardworking and courteous. She is bilingual in Spanish and Kakchiquel, she does NOT speak English. She is available from 8 am to 6 pm, having a lunch break. If you wish and provide her with the proper ingredients, she can prepare your meals.
*This service must be hired in advance and paid before your departure.
*Price: $15.00 per day.
*If you are a big group Rosa won’t be sufficient, you would have to hire another girl to help.
