Just a 5 minute drive to Wilsons Prom National Park, walking distance to the Prom Cafe Pizza & General Store, the space is light filled and modern.
Tombolo Too was built in 2017 & designed to accommodate up to 4 Airbnb guests.
We live in a sectioned off area behind Tombolo Too so we're able to personally meet & greet everyone who stays, & provide local knowledge & information to ensure that you get the most out of your visit to The Prom.

Tombolo Too is a private space situated in the front area of our house. It is sectioned off via a locked door and you have your own private access so you can come and go as you please. Tombolo Too offers modern style accommodation on a spacious block.

Tombolo Too has a kitchenette with a microwave, kettle, toaster, sink and bar fridge.
* Other appliances available for cooking are portable induction hotplates and saucepans, an electric wok, a small portable oven, a George Foreman grill and a gas BBQ on the front deck.
*If you don’t feel like cooking, there is a great cafe right next door which offers great pizzas in the afternoon/evenings. They are fully licensed. We recommend checking opening hours as they vary across the seasons.

We have resident chickens who you may see wondering around the property who may also be able to provide you with fresh eggs.

* We live on-site so we're able to personally meet and greet everybody who stays, and provide you with local knowledge and information to ensure that you get the most out of your visit to The Prom.

* The space is only ever rented to one group at a time, so its always private, with your own access.

* Peak Periods, Summer and School Holidays and Long Weekends Tombolo Too minimum booking is for 3 or 4 nights (depending on dates).

* As there is so much to see in Wilsons Promontory and surrounds, we recommend staying if possible for minimum of 3 or 4 nights.

With Wilson's Prom just down the road and the Inlets either side of us, the options for outdoor activities are pretty much all covered. We're always happy to help you plan your itinerary.

* Hiking in the Prom being the most popular
* Spotting local kangaroos, emus and wombats
* Beaches, Squeaky Beach and Whisky Bay being favorites
* Boating & Fishing - the boat ramp is 5 minutes away and there is great fishing loclly.
* Waratah Hills Vineyard to sample some wonderful local wines.
* Gurney's Cidery offers a range of ciders & great views of The Prom
* 18 hole Golf Clubs in Foster or Meeniyan
* Agnes Falls
* Sample some of the fine produce South Gippsland has to offer
* Or just go exploring.

Wlsons Prom Cruises operates a fantastic 2.5 hour wilderness boat tour from Norman Beach. The tour goes to South Point, a large seal colony, Skull Rock and the Glennie Group of Islands. Tara works in the office, so if your interested in the tour, please let us know.

If you are looking to indulge in a pampering getaway, Jess Johnson offers a number of alternative & holistic health services including massage. We can provide details.

Yanakie has well stocked General Store which provides all the essentials as well as having fuel and a bottle shop. Open from 8am-6pm in Winter. Longer hours in the summer.
The Prom Cafe Pizza (right next door!) offers tea & coffee, cakes, lunch and great pizzas from 12pm through to the evening. They are a fully licensed venue. We suggest contacting them for up-to-date hours

Foster is a little town approximately 20 mins by car, it has Aherns fruit market and fine foods, Prom Meats, IGA & Foodworks supemarkets, cafes, retail shops and the Exchange Hotel.

Fish Creek is 15 minutes away, it has the historic Fish Creek Hotel, which is a great place for dinner. It also has some lovely cafes and galleries. Celia Rosser, famous for her banksia artistry has a gallery which is open Friday's, Saturday's and Sunday's, (weekends only throughout winter.)

We like to think of ourselves as friendly, relaxed and straightforward. We both love the outdoors and like to get out hiking in The Prom, fishing or kayaking, playing a round of golf, or just pottering in the garden with the chickens not far away. As a result we like to cook using our own fresh produce from the garden, combined with the quality local produce that South Gippsland has to offer.
We also like to meet new people and help them enjoy the local area, all the while being conscious of the need to be gentle on our environment.
