This queen room w/balcony is located in a 1900's Victorian house just blocks from the popular 'Starland district'. With coffee shops, vintage, antique, cafes, parks, & restaurants only a block or two away.

I would love to host you on your visit to this beautiful city! I once was a visitor too & I now happily call Savannah home. PLEASE READ C-19 guidelines & rules in 'The space' category!

Like so many of you we have spent the last year learning about COVID 19 and how it is impacting our world. This means understanding how it affects our Airbnb community and then making the necessary adjustments to operate. I have made some changes in our business to respond to the COVID 19 for convenience and wellness. I have placed hand sanitizer and cleaning products in personal and entry spaces. Social distancing rules will be applied however, I am still very reachable on the airbnb app should you need anything! We are closely following CDC guidelines and recommendations and on behalf of all the small business owners I ask that you continue to support us and all local businesses in the area by doing your part to prevent the spread of the virus. We’re are vaxed.

That being said.... The Queen size bedroom is connected to your own private balcony at the back of the house on the second floor. The rooms is bright and airy. Right down the hall is the shared bathroom including a shower. I provide towels, sheets and toiletries. There is also a mini fridge & coffee maker for your convenience.

Guests have their own private room w/shared bathroom. The half bath is under the stairsThis is not an entire place where you have access to the kitchen or living spaces. (the exception for this is the use of the fridge & making tea/coffee) Please know the difference before booking.

Please Note: This room is located on the second floor and there is no elevator or handicapped access.

Free parking directly in front of the house on the street which varies on Mondays and Thursdays so please read signs on arrival and my guide.

**Accommodation is not suitable for infants or children due to the acoustics aswell as hosting more than one room.

There is plenty to do and see in our charming city. As we are located in the arts district, a diverse and creative neighborhood you are therefore in walking distance from some of the favorite hot-spots. Read on!

The house is located near the well known 'Foxy Loxy' cafe - only 2 blocks away (4 mins walk). They do vinyl night on Thursdays and ‘Fire and wine' on Saturdays (weather permitted). ‘Bodega’ bagel and sandwich shop is literally a one minute walk away! Little further over is the ever popular Lone Wolf and down the street is The Black rabbit. Some favorite local spots to start with.

Craving a treat? Try 'Back in the Day’ bakery. It is a 6 min walk. Looking for lunch? Check out Starland cafe. THE best sandwiches and soups but be warned they close at 3 p.m.! Here you will also find local vintage stores such ‘The gypsy’ and the cutest coffee shop with happy hour - 'superbloom'. Make sure to check out the infamous Grave-face records! Another local favorite around the corner is the brewery - Two tides! If you want super casual i.e dive bar there is the local ‘Wormhole' and 'The legion’ on Bull street.

Wanting something with a cool design and awesome food? Check out ‘Bull street taco’ our neighborhood spot. The Vault’ is a 6 min walk past Foxys'. Green truck is also a popular neighborhood eatery along with Tequila and tacos on Habersham.

If you want a 5-star dining experience the well-known and highly talked about 'Elizabeth on 37th' is a 7 min walk or a 2 min drive. Or The Grey downtown! Old greyhound station is the top eatery in Savannah!

Wanting to see the famous Forsyth Park? It's 8 mins away along with cool shops like Brighter Day (Organic Grocery Store) and Sentient Bean (a coffee shop with delicious vegan breakfasts). Another Vegan hot spot is 'Fox and Fig". Or the best burger in town from ‘Betty bomber’

And if you want to get your party on go to congress street. Here you will find The Rail, Social and plenty of in between spots such as 'El rockos' and Totally Awesome bar.

Broughton Street, that's only a 6 min drive or around a $7.00 Uber ride. (Lyft is cheaper). Or a free DOT bus (pick up on Park street/bull street). Downtowner is a free, on demand ride service provided by the City of Savannah. Ride anywhere within our service area, which covers much of downtown Savannah. Here you will find River street district, it is very touristy but worth a walk while soaking up the history. If you want the ultimate sunset check out the views at ‘The cotton sail’, 'Rooftop on the rocks' and 'The Peregrin' is also a fancier hot-spot.

Some places to eat downtown - 'The pink house' / (a must-book a table), Treylor park/ Hitch/ Sorry Charlies’ / Collins quarter - (all casual), The Fitzroy
