This beautiful Master Suite Apartment in our guest house is located in Green Lake, one of Seattle's best neighborhoods, and was fully updated in May 2017. It features a king bed, gas fireplace, and a huge bath suite.
It is a short block from beautiful Green Lake, and walking distance to many great local restaurants, cafes, shops and outdoor activities, as well as a short drive (or longer walk) to the University of Washington and the Zoo.
Limited parking is available onsite.

This private Master Suite is perfect for 2 adults who want a residential retreat in a vital Seattle neighborhood. The Suite is a large studio consisting of large bedroom which is connected to a very large bathroom that has a brand new Jetted Tub (March 2022).
The bedroom area has a king-sized bed, a dresser, a 40" TV, a gas fireplace, and loveseat that pulls out into a twin bed.
The big bathroom has a jetted tub, a separate shower, and two sinks. Off of the bathroom is a large walk-in closet that doubles as a simple kitchenette consisting of a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, plates & silverware, plus coffee & tea.
Other amenities include: Wifi, TV, Netflix streaming, heating, fans, linens, hair dryer, shampoo, and conditioner.

Seattle is among the most active cities in the U.S. and the Green Lake neighborhood is Seattle’s hub for recreation. Circling the lake is a 2.8 mile walking/running/wheels trail. The adjacent park offers tennis and basketball courts, baseball and soccer fields, a public 9-iron golf course, public swimming pool and beaches, boat/kayak/paddle board rentals, and a theatre. Green Lake is also a great place for people watching, and we are walking distance to multiple cafes, restaurants, and shops.

I first moved to Seattle from Michigan in 1993, and my wife, Nadia, moved out from NYC in 2006. We have lived in several of Seattle's neighborhoods, and chose the north-end of Seattle as our favorite area, and the place where we wanted to raise our family. In addition to the two of us, we have twin 9 year-old daughters (Mia & Zoe), a Golden Retriever (Django), two orange cats (Mango & Elmo), and a Bearded Dragon (Draco).
Nadia and I have both traveled extensively (as backpackers and on business), and between us we have visited over 50 countries and 6 continents. All of this travel has allowed us to stay in hundreds of hotels, pensions, B&B's, homestays, and hostels, and we borrowed their best ideas for our own Airbnb properties.
