The apartment is located in Punat`s old town. It is a comfortable studio for two. The entire house is renovated, but you can feel the former way of life through the antique furniture.

The studio has 18m2 and everything is located in one space.
The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, a refrigerator with a small freezer, a stove and a toaster. There is no air conditioning, but since it is an old house with thick walls, air conditioning is not even needed. There is no terrace but you are close to the center and there you can enjoy the sea view. The house does not have its own parking but one parking space is included in the price and is located 400 m from the house
