The Royal Kahana is an ocean front property. All units have central A/C. Next door to the Valley Isle Resort, it is walking distance to many shops and restaurants including Maui Brewing Co, where we make our local beer, Dollies, Village Coffee, even MacDonalds if you are so inclined ☺. There’s not always a sandy beach in front of this property, however, there is a beach access about a 4 minute walk down the street at Sands of Kahana. Historic Lahaina Town is a 13 minute drive to the south, Kaanapali is about half way in between.
