This bright and cheerful little beachfront condo is a perfect get-away for a couple or families of four (2 adults max & 2 children). This first floor condo features a queen bed, 2 bunk beds, full bath, full kitchen and a private balcony. Just steps to the beach and private pool. Short walk to restaurants & pubs!

This is a cute funky beach get-a-way with fun nautical décor and all amenities included. Perfectly situated on the North Beach and just about 150 steps to the beach! No kidding! Just take the boardwalk right over to the sand. Our place is within walking distance to restaurants/pubs, coffee shops, bike & kayak rentals.

Our place is situated in the best of both worlds. The condo is beach front on the Northend of Tybee (less crowded beaches); yet only 1 mile from the action of Tybee’s main hot spot “Tybrisa Street’. Around the corner you’ll find a beach front pool, kiddie pool and plenty of lounge seating. Next to the pool is the boardwalk to the beach. Also, the grounds include tennis courts, playground, picnic tables and grills.

Parking is for ONE car ONLY.

The condo is completely furnished, including a fully equipped kitchen with a full-size fridge, microwave, four-burner stove, oven, blender, coffee maker, and all essential cooking ware (pots, pans, etc. ) Also, it includes all dish and flat ware (utensils, plates, glasses). The unit is on the first floor. The building is up on stilts about 6 feet, so there are some steps. However, there is a ramp on the Eastside of the building in case you need that. The condo faces off to the side of the complex with a slight angle towards the beach. So there is a sight view of the ocean from the balcony, but we would not count this as a "view" as it's a bit obstructed.

The main bedroom has queen size bed and has a very comfortable mattress as well as a 32-inch TV. It has a large closet with plenty of room for your luggage and clothes.

The bunk beds are such a fun experience for kids. It includes a ladder and a removable safety bar to prevent falls.

The living room has a comfortable sofa, with a 47 inch flat screen HD-TV that includes full cable.

The laundry facilities are at the end of the complex breezeway, the room to the right. The washers & dryers are coin operated and it costs approximately $3.50 to wash & dry a load. They don't have a coin machine, so if you plan to do laundry be sure to bring plenty of quarters.

Tybee Island is a funky, colorful, little island. Our condo is on the quiet side of the island (North Beach)... Thus, beach access is less crowded. It also has many attractions such as: Dolphin tours, kayak and jet ski rentals, bike paths, climb the famous Lighthouse, or visit the Marine center. There are numerous activities to do on Tybee, we have a guide booklet that lists the all the additional attractions.

Jaycee Park is a 10-minute walk. The park has scenic streams with turtles, basketball court, softball field, playground, picnic tables and grills. Beautiful live oak trees and a peaceful walking/bike path. Never a boring day on Tybee!

5-15 min walking distance to our favorite pubs/restaurants: Huca-poos, Cockspur Grill, Sundae Cafe, North Beach Grill, Quarter Bar & Grill, Gerald's Pig and Shrimp, Tybean Coffee, and if you desire dessert/breakfast, check out the Breakfast Club!

This condo is the tucked away on the north end of Tybee Island. The area is quiet, private, gated and very safe. It is approx. one mile from the main drag "Tybrisa Street". You’ll find that Tybrisa Street has all he attractions: the main Pier (great for fishing) loads of restaurants, pubs and beach shops. Remember, the North side also has its own charm… in that the beaches are generally less crowded, and the restaurants, shops and pubs on the Northside beautifully bring to light the beating heart of Tybee.

Our personal favorite local hang out is “Huca-Poos” (bar, pizza parlor). Try walking to ‘Huca-Poos’ for a lovely experience. Huca-Poos is only 2 blocks from the condo. This hidden gem is the locals best kept secret. It has a laid-back atmosphere, very hippy/boho, good food and cocktails that won’t break your budget. Amazing prices such as $2 tall-boy PBRs, $5 giant slice of pizza, etc. You’ll definitely get bang-for-your-buck here, and the service is consistently friendly, fast and efficient. They have a relaxing ambiance with quirky fun décor. Plus, they have live bands on the weekends. Huca-Poos fits all types of folks: singles, couples, families and children.

My name is Gina and I am originally from California. I moved to Savannah, (Tybee Island) 15 years ago for college. I ended up meeting my husband, fell in love... and with the island of course! Tybee Island is perfect for fishing, kayaking and just hanging out at the beach, pubs and restaurants. I enjoy living near the marsh and beach. Plus, downtown Savannah (historic district) is only a 20 minute drive. I am so happy to share this little island with you. It is so cute and fun. Also, since I live on the island I can take care of any last minute needs quickly. For example, if you have any special requests (like needing tools, a sewing kit, extra linens, tooth brush, etc). I can always drop things off at your doorstep. I'm quick with response time, especially if you contact me via airbnb or text.
