Recently developed 2-bedroom apartment (lower ground floor of our family home) in a great Clifton location. 2 mins walk to green spaces of The Clifton Downs in one direction & 5 mins to the bars, cafes and restaurants of Whiteladies Road in the other. A short walk to Clifton Village, Suspension Bridge, Bristol University, The BBC and Park Street - full listing of local places of interest below.

Easy access to Bristol City Centre, M4 & M5 motorways, trains & buses. 20 mins from Bristol airport.

•Master double bedroom.
•A second ‘woodland’ den/bedroom with an elevated single bed and a second sofa bed (these beds are best suited to a single adult or 2 x children).
•Great shower room with guest towels and other bathroom essentials
•Under floor heating throughout the apartment making the space inviting all year around.
•A fully equipped kitchen and living room with everything you need to cater for yourselves and to relax in comfort.
•Equipment includes all essential cooking and dining equipment, microwave, fridge, washing machine, flat screen TV.
•Free WiFi is available.
•From the kitchen/living room there is access to our rear patio/garden.

Important note: We have a report from a guest that on the 3 network, the mobile phone reception is bad in the apartment. This may also apply to other networks too that we are unaware of.

Superhost

We are a relaxed professional couple with one remaining child at home. We both love the outdoors. Our favourite places:

- Our home city Bristol
- The mountains
- The beach

The apartment comprises the entire basement/garden level of our Victorian family home. We live in the house above and will meet you on arrival (or make plans for your arrival if this is not possible). We aim to make your stay as comfortable as possible. That said we are busy with work and family life so won’t necessarily be on hand throughout. We own a dog – Lola. She is super friendly but not silent. She will bark when the front doorbell rings. If you want a dog to accompany you on walks in the surrounding countryside she is always happy to make new friends! Although the apartment is well sound proofed and we keep any noise down for the benefit of guests, we can’t guarantee silence. Equally we encourage guests to make noise themselves but preferably not to think of the apartment as a party venue!

We are very happy to provide advice and recommendations on places to explore, visit, eat and drink.
