The studio is located in the upper part of the village of Furnas, a quiet zone surrounded by amazing greenery and landscape views, walking distance from the main natural attractions.
The natural thermal pools (both Poça da Dona Beija and Parque Terra Nostra) are just a 5 minute walk away. To go to the hot springs (caldeiras) and/or Furnas lake it takes about 15 minutes on foot (or 5 minutes by car), and to reach the (probably) best beach in the island (Ribeira Quente) it is just a 15 minute ride.
In Furnas you'll find pretty much everything you might need during your stay. A handful of supermarkets, pharmacy, utility bazar, pastry shops and bakeries, snack bars and some of the best restaurants in the island.

Hey there! My name is Danny, I’m 33, and a few years ago I decided to leave São Miguel and the Azores to live abroad, travel, meet new people and new places.
To help me pay for my adventures, I decided to list a spare room I left at my parent's, and that's how my Airbnb hosting adventure began.
Me and my family are born and raised in Furnas, so as locals we look forward to help people traveling to our "little" paradise in the middle of the Atlantic, and make sure you have the best guest experience, living it as a local. My two brothers, Álvaro and Gonçalo, are the ones helping me with this.
