The house is a 2bed 1 bath with a bright and open kitchen/dining space and a tranquil living room with a working fireplace.

A couple of cats currently supervise the resident human.

Historic working class neighborhood, many houses built in the 30's. Very quiet and walkable, a true mix of demographics among residents. Old growth trees make it feel like you are in the country, lots of birds and wildlife. Prior to the building of the neighborhood, this area was a bird sanctuary.

If you like walking or cycling there are some wonderful parks and cemeteries within two miles of the house, notably at Alaska Ave, Bonaventure, Forest Lawn, and Greenwich Park. The old Roberd's Dairy farm hosts a small farmstand, a local vegetable grower, and a therapeutic horseback riding center for kids. It has a walking trail of about a mile in length. Great place to explore and see nature without the crowds!

I'm a low maintenance traveler who enjoys a well kept, quiet place to stay. I am also a host, so I see both sides of the Airbnb coin. I aim to provide what I'd want in a place for guests who stay at mine.
