Lovely Parisian apartment in the very Heart of Paris in Saint-Germain-Des-Prés. 5 min walk from the Louvre, Le Bon Marché, Musée d'Orsay, Jardin des Tuileries and the Seine river :-)

My apt is very Bright, Clean, Quiet, Cosy and Eco-Friendly (see below for details). Plenty of cafe's around & Metro Station is just around the corner :-)

My apartment is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

My apt is very bright, clean, quiet, cosy, minimalist and eco-friendly :-).

Why Eco-Friendly? The electricity of the apt comes 100% from renewable energy. The apt has been painted with organic paint. The wooden floor is from renewable resource. We also use organic cleaning products to clean the apt. We use organic detergent to wash the bed linen and towels.

The apartment has been completely renovated from the floor to the ceiling in 2014. The building has been also completely renovated.

The apt is 323ft2 or 30 sqm.

Ideally located: you will find yourself at home in the very heart of Paris.

The apartment has :

• 1 Large Bedroom with a comfy double bed for 2 persons

• 1 Full Kitchen

• 1 Cute little Bathroom and Shower (not recommended if you're tall or big)

• 1 Restrooms

• Free High-speed internet Wifi and Cable TV

• All bed linen is provided.

Considered by many to be the safest neighborhood in Paris, the place is very Quiet, Calm and Secure.

It's easy to get used to it and sleep well. The apartment is in a very Safe building and Secure street.

The apartment is very sunny with a total of 6 windows just completely renovated.

It's on the 5th floor. No elevator but it's a good exercice :-).

Cleaning is done by my Housemaid before and after your stay.

PERFECT LOCATION
The apartment is located in the great area of St Germain des Prés. It is a very central district very convenient to travel all around Paris.

5 minutes walk from :
- Louvre
- Musée d'Orsay
- Musée Rodin
- Musée Quai Branly
- Musée Maillol
- Musée de l'Orangerie
- River Seine
- Tuileries Garden

The Odeon theater and cinemas are also a short walk away : 10 min.
The famous Café Flore and Deux Magots are a short walking distance.

The appartement is 20 seconds from the Metro Station Rue Du Bac. Saint-Michel and the Luxembourg Gardens are also reachable by foot very easily. You can walk to all the major sights or take the subway or bus (many lines around the corner!).

I can tell you that I love the neighborhood, so classic Parisian with its beautiful buildings, countless restaurants and cafés, great bakeries (Poilane, LaDurée, Hermé) and super-cute boutique shops (clothes, antiques and home decor).

You'll also find all the shops you dream of at less than a 5 min walk : supermarkets (Le Bon Marché, Monoprix, Franprix), bakeries, cheese shops, delicatessens, butcher shop, wein shops...

It also has a big organic supermarket just across the street.

• Bathroom is with shower. The shower has excellent water pressure.

• Restrooms are inside the apartment (not shared).
