*1st floor bedroom: Blue Island room with a Queen size memory mattress. Private bathroom with shower. Sheets, blankets, extra pillows. Towels and shower supplies. Blow dryer and make-up remover for ladies.

*2nd floor, Yellow Bedroom (Cover Photo) has queen size memory mattress, sheets, blankets, extra pillows, Roku Smart TV & Netflix to enjoy.

*2nd floor bedroom bunk beds; queen size memory foam mattress on lower bed and full mattress on top. Room has an emergency exit. Fully supplied and window a/c unit.

*2nd floor bedrooms rooms share the bathroom which is conveniently located. Towels, washcloths, make-up cloths, blow dryer, shower supplies.

*2nd floor: has HE Washer & Dryer, (Hosts supply the HE detergent) ironing board & iron

*2 travel guest beds (memory foam mattresses) to accommodate 8 guests and can be set up in either 2nd floor bedroom or living room.

*Parking is available on the street (across from Historic Victorian) or church parking lot or behind the house with concrete sidewalk leading to the back deck door.

** Front and Back Doors have an electronic keypad (changes with each new reservation)

****Children under 24 months are free. Be noted, there are stairs & steps.

*The quaintness of a small town, (approx 2500 residence) and walking distance of the downtown area, Shoppes and Belle's.

*Our home is located across from the United Methodist Church and a Preschool/Day Care operated by the Church. Guests are Welcome to attend services.

*One traffic light, in the entire downtown area, (Main St and Ky 22) and is approximately 800 feet from our home. Minimum amount of traffic and noise depending on daily activities.

Welcome to Kentucky, where pick-up trucks are King!

Your hosts cannot change traffic patterns or driving habits of the residents who live here.

This town was laid out in the 1800’s to accommodate the needs of its residents. Our photos show all aspects of our home.

*Train whistles blow at the end of town and depending on the direction of the wind & season, you may hear it. Trains in the 1800’s made Kentucky small towns which we now enjoy. Main Street USA

*The front and back door has a security lock with new combinations after guests check out.

*FYI, our local police department patrol Williamstown on a regular basis and crime is minimal.

*Our home, built in 1923 has the original front porch, older steps with railing, and has a special charm and personality. Our home is lovely and Williamstown is quaint. Looking forward to your visit.

Hi we are AlAnn and Ed and we will be celebrating our 50th Anniversary in Dec 2022. I am an artist, play the mountain dulcimer, and ukulele. My husband Ed and I own 4 Airbnb's and are Super Hosts and loving every minute of hosting and meeting our guests. Our hobbies include riding a Harley Davidson motorcycle throughout the beautiful hills of Kentucky and we have an antique 1983 Toyota RV. We enjoy camping and hiking and keeping up with 22 acres. Our 6 children and their spouses have produced 20 beautiful grandchildren who visit regularly. We are truly blessed with a wonderful family.
