Here you have the tranquility of an ocean retreat whilst being minutes away from José Ignacio with its restaurants and cafes.

Great interior design includes a glass wall in the living area, super comfortable areas to relax and a large Parrilla overlooking the pool and garden.

The spacious first-floor living room has floor to ceiling windows overlooking the ocean and Jose Ignacio lighthouse, comfortable sofa's, large wood burner, TV and speakers. Viejo Fox has a fully equipped kitchen and two dining areas, one in the large living area and a second relaxed eating area on the outside terrace by the large parrilla BBQ and pool. The entire roof at Viejo Fox is decked and from here you can enjoy stunning 360 degree views over the ocean.

You will enjoy luxury Egyptian bed lined. The master bedroom has a glass wall, dressing area and a modern en suite bathroom with bath. Two further bedrooms on the ground floor overlooking the garden can be either twin rooms or extra large double rooms. A fourth connecting room with a single bed can be used as a bedroom for a child or a second lounge.

Viejo Fox is stuated in the heart of the natural Arenas de José Ignacio surrounded by pine woods and Acacias with abundant bird life. The Arenas de Jose Ignacio has some of the best restaurants in José Ignacio. Right in front of the house is the new beach restaurant by Francis Mallmann and tucked away in the woods is Marismo, Namm and Jardin de Sarava.

A couple of minutes walk from Viejo Fox are miles of wild ocean and empty beach. In summer the beach is great for sea fishing, horse riding, surfing or just resting and strolling along. In winter penguins and sea lions enjoy the beach. The views are breathtaking and extend from José Ignacio to Laguna Garzón. The bright light, reflections on the ocean, changing skies and vivid sunsets make Playa Brava an unforgettable place. Even during the short peak season the beach is peaceful and empty..
