Ang casita ay nasa makasaysayang east side neighborhood ng Santa Fe. Makikita mo itong napaka kakaiba at malapit sa Canyon Road at Museum Hill. Maliit na paliko-likong kalye at ang ilan ay dumi. Ito ang lumang istilo ng Santa Fe sa mundo na pinuntahan ng mga tao sa Santa Fe sa loob ng maraming taon upang tamasahin. Ginagawa nitong kakaiba ang Santa Fe at hindi katulad ng ibang lugar sa bansa. Kung gusto mo ng modernong kontemporaryo, mabibigo ka ng aking casita. I have lived in Santa Fe since 1985 and feel very blessed to live in such a beautiful place. I'm so happy that I'm able to share it with my guests. My house which has an attached casita ,which is what I rent out, is located close to galleries , restaurants, hiking trails and has beautiful views of the mountains. I love to garden and I believe my yard shows that. We have just added a new studio as well to rent out. It is located in the back opposite of the casita. I am also adding terraced gardens to this. Lily is my labradoodle and she is always here to greet pet lovers, when asked. I love to cook and also enjoy going out to our many good restaurants. I owned a cafe on Guadalupe Street during the 1980's. I also owned a full service bed and breakfast for almost 15 years here in Santa Fe. I am back into selling Real Estate which I also did prior to the 2008 crash. I enjoy helping people both in the hospitality business and also finding their dream home. In the winter , you might catch me up on the ski hill. I also have a son, daughter-in law, and two wonderful grandchildren. My partner is often here to help me and he is also very social. I don't always visit with my guests but I make it a point to be available if they have a question or need any help. I always enjoy meeting everyone when it is possible.
