Forest Therapy sessions are easy walks with a guide providing instructions (invitations) for sensory opening activities along the way which will slow you down and bring you in contact with your own body, nature and yourself. Your senses will be mobilized and you'll discover what w normally don't see in our daily lives. The walks end with a tea ceremony, sharing tea made from foraged local plants, reflecting on the experience and/or listening to melodic zen percussion. In Forest Therapy walks (typically 3 to 4 hours in duration, covering no more than a 1,5 km distance), most people experience contact with nature in a much deeper way than they ever have prior to the walk. They feel relaxed, their senses and focus get sharper, they often get new insights which put things in perspective, and feel refreshed and renewed.
Other things to note
Due to changed weather conditions, a walk may occasdionally be postponed to another day. In that case, participants receive an email with dates to choose from. There is a min. nr. of 2 participants.
