I’ll take you through all four of my Olympic experiences—from Athens to Beijing, London to Rio. I’ll go into detail about my victories, defeats, personal stories, medals, and memorabilia. Most importantly, I want to share how each one of the four Games played a pivotal role in shaping my life and who I am today. I’ll share the lessons I’ve learned and I’ll explain how these journeys have given me the ability to discover myself—on and off the track.

All in all, I’ll distill my experiences in these four Olympic Games into four important life lessons. I hope my experiences can then help you live your best life!
